Regarding National visa applications
From 2023 July 1 applications for national visas will be submitted only through an external service provider selected by the Department of Migration under the Ministry of the Interior (in Baku – VFS Global center) . Applications for the issuance of national visas for the purpose of employment in the Republic of Lithuania are not longer accepted or processed at the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in Azerbaijan (exept only if they are received before June 16, 2023 ). Applications for the issuance of national visas for other purposes will be processed at the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in Azerbaijan only if they are received before June 30, 2023 (i. e. submitted at Lithuanian visa center in Azerbaijan before June 29, 2023). Decisions on national visa are made at the institutions where the applications were submitted. More information is available here.
