Foreigners of Lithuanian origin and citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan are eligible for state support for studies in Lithuania
The Education Exchanges Support Foundation, responsible for state support to foreigners and foreigners of Lithuanian origins for their studies in Lithuania, has announced an invitation to submit applications for state scholarships for the year 2017 (the invitations are available on the webpages www.scholarships.lt ir www.stipendijos.lt).
Scholarships may be granted:
1. For Full-time Master degree studies in the universities of Lithuania. Applications are submitted in two rounds. Applications must be submitted till 10 May and till 10 July;
2. For short term studies in the higher education institutions of Lithuania. Applications are submitted in two rounds. Applications must be submitted till 2 May;
3. For short term Lithuanian studies in 5 universities of Lithuania: Vilnius University, Lithuanian University of Educational Sciences, Vytautas Magnus University, Klaipeda University and Siauliai University. Applications must be submitted till 2 May;
4. For Lithuanian language and culture summer courses in 5 universities of Lithuania: Vilnius University, Lithuanian University of Educational Sciences, Vytautas Magnus University, Klaipeda University and Siauliai University. Applications must be submitted till 1 April.
