For the attention of clients, intending to submit their documents for Lithuanian national visa

As of 19 January 2017, foreigners, intending to submit their applications for Lithuanian national D visa, should fill them in online.
After filling in the application, it should be saved for submission, printed and signed in the field 36 and on the last page. A photo of the applicant should be affixed.
Old type application forms filled in by hand will be accepted until 20 February 2017.
