Attention for applicants for Schengen visa: an introduction of the pre-payment system

Since March 2025, applicants for Schengen visa are required to pay a service fee of 33 AZN when registering online for the submission of the documents at the VFS Global Visa Centre Baku.

In order to improve the quality of customer reception at the VFS Global Visa Centre in Baku, to increase the availability of services and at the same time to optimise the Schengen visa issuance process, a pre-payment system for the services of the Visa Centre is being introduced. Please be informed that you will be required to pay a service fee of 33 AZN when registering online for the submission of documents at the VFS Global Visa Centre Baku.
